Bairn Tribe Baby Clothes Returns & Exchange Policy

At Bairn Tribe, we understand the importance of finding the perfect items for your little ones. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items should be free of stains, odors, and pet hair.
  3. Receipt: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Final Sale Items: Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
  2. Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and certain types of bodysuits cannot be returned.
  3. Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.

Process for Returns

  1. Mail Returns:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@bairntribe.com.au to initiate a return.
    • Package the item(s) securely and include your receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Send the package to Bairn Tribe Returns, 4A Alysam St, Epping, VIC 3076.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it.
  2. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
  3. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  1. Mail Exchanges: To exchange by mail, follow the same steps as for mail returns. Indicate the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a replacement or refund.
